Hourly Rates
Services are charged at an hourly rate of $95/hour with a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour, we charge in 15-minute increments ($23.75 per 15 minutes). We will only suggest this option to you if you really will need an hour or more. For smaller or quicker tasks, call us for a custom quote.
Service Packages
For larger projects, the following bundles offer you discounted rates.
Starter Package – $175 (Save $15)
- Device setup and basic configuration (1 hour)
- 30-minute training session on device basics
- 30-minute follow-up visit within one week
- One follow-up phone call within 30 days
Security Plus Package – $250 (Save $35)
- Password manager installation and setup (1.5 hour)
- Password manager training and practice session (1 hour)
- Three 15-minute password help sessions within 30 days
Monthly Subscriptions
For ongoing support, choose a subscription plan. There’s no contract and you can cancel at any time.
Password Guardian Plan – $45/month
- Secure password storage and management
- Unlimited password assistance calls (7am-9pm daily)
- Password resets and recovery help
- May require password manager setup (not included)
Monthly Support Plan – $85/month (Save $10/month)
- One 45-minute in-person session per month
- Two 15-minute phone consultations per month
- Priority scheduling for additional services
