We believe tech support should be local, friendly, and in person to be the most effective. That’s why we serve the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. If you believe we could meet your needs over the phone or with remote access, give us a call! We are always willing to chat.
What if I don’t want to learn to use tech? Can you still help me?
Absolutely. We are not here to push tech on anyone that doesn’t care about it. You deserve to be comfortable in your home and we are there to support that. If there are tasks you just don’t want to do, have us take care of it for you!
What if my goal is to be independent with my technology?
That’s wonderful! Let’s get you on that road as soon as possible. We will never over-complicate things just to keep you coming back. If independence is your goal, it’s our goal, too.
